The new Version of UpK-a-Mod 1.2 has been released.
This version introduce:
- Universal launcher
- In memory updater with menu
- Integrated upkfix.
- In memory zip file updater.
A lot of bugs fixed in v1.2.
UpK-a-Mod for Game Editor
The new version of UpK-a-Mod Game Editor has been released. It is free for all users.
Main Features:
- Universal launcher: launch user from the context menu.
- Updater: download updates from FPCNALOG.
- Pack zips: import zip files and read them into memory.
- Upload unpacked files to FPCNALOG.
The integrated updater works well. I tested for about 2 months and it worked for about 30 days without problems. I have no evidence of when the updater will start slowing down.
- Pack zips are: zip files not written to the harddrive. They are only in RAM. I tested about 20 zip files with 10Gb RAM and it worked well.
- Upload unpacked files to FPCNALOG. The uploaded file are read into memory and never written to the harddrive.
The file writing issue is being fixed.

The new version of UpK-a-Mod Game Editor v1.1 has been released.
Main Features:
- Universal launcher: launch user from the context menu.
- Updater: download updates from FPCNALOG.
- Pack zips: import zip files and read them into memory.
- Upload unpacked files to FPCNALOG.
I forgot to test the upload unpacked file to FPCNALOG. I tested just the updater and the importer. No problems.
